Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
TruckInMotion provides software for managing trips, drivers, trucks, clients, materials, pricing, and invoicing for material-hauling operations. We may modify or improve the service at any time. Material changes that reduce functionality will be communicated in advance.
3. Accounts and roles
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
- Organization owners control role assignments (owner, admin, driver) for their members.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Acceptable use
- No unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent use.
- No interference with the service, attempts to bypass access controls, or scraping of other organizations' data.
- You will not upload content you do not have the right to upload.
5. Your data
You retain ownership of all operational data you enter or upload. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that data solely to provide the service to you. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Fees
During the beta period, the service is provided free of charge. Paid plans, when introduced, will be announced with reasonable notice and will not apply retroactively to historical data.
7. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, with notice where practical. Upon termination you may request a data export within 30 days.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Trip records, GPS data, and invoice calculations are tools to assist your operation; you remain responsible for the accuracy of your billing and compliance with local regulations.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TruckInMotion is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 100 if no fees were paid.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
