Do I need any special hardware?+
No. TruckInMotion runs in any modern mobile browser on iOS or Android, and on desktop for office staff. Your existing phones are the only hardware required.
Does the driver app work without a signal?+
Status updates and submissions are queued locally and synchronized automatically when the device reconnects. Full offline trip capture is on our short-term roadmap.
Can I import existing customers, materials, or locations?+
Manual entry takes a few seconds per record today. CSV import for customers, materials, locations, and trucks is on our short-term roadmap.
Who owns my data and what happens if I leave?+
Your data belongs to your organization. Trips, invoices, and reference data can be exported to CSV at any time, and invoices can be exported as PDF.
